If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the The Abu Dhabi Commercial, Conciliation and Arbitration Centre The arbitration shall be conducted in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

 

Waiver and Severability
